Welcome to Issue 29 of the 11ty Bundle. 11ty, aka Eleventy, is a "simpler static site generator" that is designed to be simple, flexible, and highly customizable. It is built on Node.js and allows developers to create websites by transforming templates and data into static HTML files. It supports multiple template languages, giving developers the freedom to choose the languages that best suit the needs of their project.
Well, today Zach announced the 11ty International Symposium on Making Web Sites Real Good. It's "A brand new exclusively (and extremely) online (virtual) single-day single-track conference dedicated to Web Development and the Eleventy static site generator."
It's happening in May of 2024. Be sure to check out the announcement site and sign up for the related newsletter.
And...this also just in, Lene Saile just updated her excellent Eleventy Excellent starter to 2.0. It's a great starter for Eleventy. Be sure to check it out. She has written a blog post about the starter...on the starter demo itself.
Enjoy the 8 posts and 8 sites to see this week.
Until next time...

Today I've gone live with a new website and email newsletter platform for Cybercultural, my tech history newsletter that I started on Substack in 2019. What pushed me to migrate off Substack is its stance on hate content, which I personally object to. But over the past several months, I've…
